摘 要:在滚刀式切丝机主切削电机选型设计中采用经验法和类比法存在局限性的情况下,从滚刀式切丝机切削原理入手,通过受力分析并结合切丝机的实际工况,建立了一种滚刀式切丝机切削力及切削功率计算的理论模型:根据切丝机的工况条件,选取适宜的工况系数,计算主切削力、切削功率、刀辊切削力矩,根据传动比i计算切削电机的实际输出扭矩,再根据传动效率η计算切削电机的实际输出功率,最终选定电机型号。在NQ系列实验线切丝机开发设计中,运用该理论模型进行主切削电机选型,所选电机在样机试制过程中满足了各种切削工艺条件,达到了设计要求。该模型在理论上提供了一种切丝机设计过程中切削力及切削功率的计算方法,可作为切丝机主切削电机选型的依据。In an attempt to avoid the limitations in main motor selection with empirical method or analogism method, a theoretical model for calculating the cutting force and cutting power in rotary guillotine cutter was established on the basis of load analysis and the operating status. By selecting appropriate operating status coefficient, calculating major cutting force, cutting power, and cutting torque of knife drum, calculating the actual output torque of cutting motor according to transmission ratio i, and calculating the actual output power of cutting motor according to transmission efficiency η, finally the motor was determined. The theoretical model was applied in the design and development of NQ series prototype cutters for main cutting motor selection, the selected motor satisfied the requirements of various cutting conditions. The model theoretically provides a method for calculating cutting force and power in cutter design as a basis for cutting motor selection.
