摘　　要：针对注聚站生产安全操作中新手员工易出现严重操作事故的情况,结合虚拟现实技术,利用3DS Max和Virtools构建用于员工安全操作培训的注聚站仿真操作系统,其主要为注聚站常见的、已发生操作事故的生产操作过程提供一套虚拟的、交互的安全操作仿真平台。该系统利于员工深入学习、了解并掌握注聚站的操作流程,大大提高了注聚站安全生产的管理水平和实践水平。According to the fact of serious operation accident which may be produced in polymer injection station production safety operation when the new staffs do their work.Combing virtual reality technology,with 3DS Max and Virtools,the paper constructs polymer injection station simulation operation system,which is used in staffs safety operation training.The system mainly provides a virtual and interactive safety operation simulation platform for polymer injection station production operation process,which is familiar or has happened operation accident.The system is useful for the staffs to study deeply,know and grasp the operation process of polymer injection station,enhances the management level and practice level of polymer injection station safety production.
