摘 要:在分析国内外压煤开采技术研究现状的基础上,给出了建筑物下压煤开采中防止地表沉陷灾害发生的4个关键点,以及相应采空区顶板控制技术应具备的4个条件,提出了基于框架结构理论的地表防沉技术,并给出了其适用条件和主要技术参数的确定过程。该技术具有施工方便、工作量小、成本低、采出率高的优点,不仅能够使顶板着力点均匀,有利于顶板稳定和有效防止地表沉降,而且框架结构形成后也能够为井下矸石直接处理在时间和空间上提供有利条件。该研究已成功应用于现场实际。Based on the analysis mining under buildings technology status of domestic and foreign,four key points that prevent surface subsidence disasters in the process of mining under buildings were given,and four conditions that gob roof control technology should have,prevent ground surface settlement technology based on frame construction theory was proposed,and it's applicable conditions and main technical parameters' process of determining were given.The technology has the advantages of construction is easy,work load is small,cost is low,recovery rate is high,the technology not only make roof point of application uniform,benefit to keep roof stable and effectively prevent ground surface settlement,but also can provid time and space for gangue treatment underground after frame structure formation.The study was successfully applied to the scene.
