科技演化论视域下的垃圾产业化

摘　　要：垃圾产业化势在必行。以科技演化论关于科学技术是解决人类生存和发展面临的"常态"与"非常态"矛盾的唯一手段与方法的理论为工具,从科技演化论的角度分析了环境恶化、资源短缺的成因及垃圾的本质、形式,比较了国内外垃圾产业发展的现状,指出了发展垃圾产业化的深远意义。It is essential to enforce the garbage industrialization. The article analyzes the causes of deterioration of environment, shortage of resources and the essence, form of of the development of tion in the light of the nique way to solve the garbage industrialization ; garbag points out the significance of e; compares the current situation developing garbage industrializatheory of science and technology evolution, in which science and technology is the unormal and abnormal contradiction of the existence and development of human being.
