摘　　要：随着多媒体教学手段的普及与发展,对其管理提出更多的新要求。笔者结合工作实践,提出了多媒体人性化管理中的几点意见。With the growing popularity of multimedia education,there have been more and more new requirements for management.This article put forward some ideas of managing on multimedia classroom with the humanized principle.
