广西-东盟城市管理合作的层次、价值与策略研究

摘　　要：广西与东盟诸国在城市发展水平上存在明显的梯度差异与梯度效益,双方在城市管理合作方面有着诸如政治共睦、经济互利、社会双赢、文化同育等充分的理论和现实价值。广西地方政府应采取多项措施,比如实现合作主体的多元化、拓展友好城市合作模式、实施"走出去"与"引进来"战略、创建并完善广西-东盟城市合作论坛等,实现并深化双方的城市管理合作。There are obvious gradient difference and benefits on city development level between Guangxi and ASEAN（Association of Southeast Asian Nations）.On the city management cooperation both sides have plenary theory and realistic value such as get well with each other on politics,economy is beneficial to each other,have a victory for both sides on the aspect of society,as well as cultivate the culture together.Local governments of Guangxi should take many measures to realize and deepen the city management cooperation,such as make cooperative main body pluralistic,expand the cooperative mode of cities of friendship,carry out the strategies of going global and welcome-in,establish and perfect city cooperation forum of Guangxi-ASEAN.
