摘　　要：推进干部制度改革不仅要注重探讨改革目标和价值取向问题,而且要注意破解改革过程中我国现行干部制度运行的困境,针对干部制度在选任条件、方式、监督和管理方面存在的问题,用改革创新的思路去化解矛盾,破除陋习,实现干部制度价值目标的转换和提升。The innovation into cadre system shoul but the dilemma in the as qualities, methods, operation of present cadre supervision novation to solve the dilemma, d focus on not only the objectives and value orientation, system. Confronted with the problems in cadre selection on and management, the party and government need to make profound indiscard the bad habits and improve the value objectives.
