摘　　要：村民自治作为一种治理形式,已经得到了普遍的推广,随着实践的发展各种各样的村民自治制度呈现出百花齐放的局面,在总结我国现存村民自治制度利弊、分析村民自治制度变迁的基础上,给出了一种村民自治制度比较的平台,为以后农村基层自治提供制度性的借鉴和参考。Self governance by villagers, as a form of autonomy, has been widely accepted and adopted. As time goes by, there have emerged different practices, showing a picture of prosperity. Bases on a study on the current systems of self governance in the countryside, this paper probes into their merits and demerits, summarizes its path of development, and provides a platform where different practices can be compared. Such a study can provide institutional references for the construction of rural grassroots autonomy in the future.
