摘　　要：大学生村官是一个特殊的社会群体,可以发挥独特的社会功能,但其功能的发挥需要诸多条件,教育培训是促使大学生村官了解农村、寻找适应性工作思路和方法的重要路径。但目前对大学生村官的学习培训工作的重要性认识不够,机制不健全,且与大学生村官期望不符,培训没有实效性。解决这些问题需要专业的师资,一定的资金支持,适当的配套服务,且需要大量调研以确定符合当地环境和实际需求的培训方式和内容。College student village leaders （CSVLs） can play a unique social role since they are a special group of people. However, the fulfilling of their role is subject to many different factors. Learning and training are two of them. They are important means by which the CSVLs get to know the countryside and figure out the jobs that they are likely to have. As a matter of fact, nevertheless, attention paid to this respect has been far from enough, not to mention a sound mechanism. Besides, what is learnt and trained is not what the CSVLs have expected. To address these issues, we have to prepare enough quality teachers, have substantial financial support and services, and conduct a survey to figure out the right way and contents to meet the environment and practical needs.
