省、地广域互联DTS系统分布式建模的研究

摘　　要：以河北省电力调度中心应用的国内第一套实际投入运行的省、地广域联合培训仿真系统为例,介绍了系统的主要组成部分、技术特点及技术创新点.同时说明了DTS系统建模现状,并从电网模型合并、潮流模型匹配、图形合并等方面分析了DTS系统仿真模型的建立.经过一系列的联合演习,该系统达到了预期的效果.这对调度员积累处理电网大停电事故的经验及减少大停电事故的影响,保证电网安全运行及国民经济的良好运行有着积极的促进作用.In this paper,the example is the provincial and urban wide-area united training simulation system which is the first system put into operation and applied in hebei dispatching center,the main components of the system,technical characteristics and technical innovation are described.At the same time,the status of DTS system modeling from the power grid model combination is illustrated.The building of DTS system simulation model is analyzed from merging of network model,matching of power flow model,graphics merger etc.The expected effect is achieved after a series of joint exercises.It helps the dispatchers accumulating experience of dealing with blackouts and reduces the impact of blackout,ensures the safe operation of power grid and the good performance of national economy.
