中小型汽轮机油中带水原因分析及解决方案

摘　　要：针对2台C6-35/8型汽轮机存在的油中带水、油质乳化等问题,从设备本体、运行方式、检修管理、操作调整和管理维护、蒸汽品质等方面查找了原因.在运行状态下采取了调整运行方式、强化滤油和放水、加强管理维护等措施;利用机组小修机会采取降低油箱放水口位置、引入干燥热风至轴承油挡处、更换ST无间隙油封环、修复泄漏阀门等措施,在机组大修期间将梳齿汽封改造为蜂窝汽封,并调整了汽缸中心,使油中水分从420~560 mg/L降至20~30 mg/L.上述措施不仅保证了机组的安全运行,同时也对同类问题的分析及处理具有实际参考价值.Aiming at oil mixed with water and emulsified oil in the two C6-35/8 type turbines,the reasons are found out from devices,operation mode,maintenance management,steam quality.In the operation condition,the following measures are adapted：adjusting operation mode,enhancing oil-filtering,strengthening the management and maintenance etc.During the minor repair of the units,reducing water drain position,inducing dry heat wind to bearing oil blank,changing ST gapless oil sealing ring,repairing the leakage valve etc.During the major overhaul of units,the comb seal is transformed into honeycomb seal,the centre of the cylinder is adjusted,so the oil content of the water reduces 400-530 mg/L.The measures ensure operation safety and provide reference for similar problems.
