摘  要:目的回顾性分析2008年1月~2010年12月中大五院患者中,各种标本分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药情况,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法标本分离培养按照《全国临床检验操作规程》(第3版)进行操作,利用黑马Bact—IST微生物分析系统及其配套的IDS-96进行菌种鉴定及药敏试验,收集相关数据并录入到Excel文档,使用WHONET5.4版软件进行统计学分析。结果3年内共分离了金黄色葡萄球菌293株,其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)为150株,其中2008年MRSA检出率为50.0%,2009年为63.7%,2010年为38.9%,12种测试药物的耐药牢在3年期间并无明显变化。在MRSA菌株巾,利福平、呋喃妥因、替考拉丁的耐药率较低,未发现耐万古霉素菌株(VRSA),其他药物的耐药率均大于80%。结论临床治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染的患者应根据药敏试验结果使用抗菌药物,延缓金黄色葡萄球菌耐药件的产生,并加强对MRSA的耐药性监测。Objective To provide support to proper clinical apply of antibacterlals by conducting retrospective analysis on the drug - resistance of Staphylococcus aureus which were separeted from specimens of patients of The Fifth Affiliated Hospital Of Sun Yat - sen University from January 2008 to December 2010. Methods Collect and culture specimens follow- ing the method defined in National Guide To Clinical Laboratory Procedures (Third Edition), identify bacterium type and test their drug sensitivity by using Bact - IST Microbe analysis system and its IDS - 96, collect relevant data and save with a Excel file and conduct statistical analysis by using WHONET rev. 5.4 software. Results 293 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were separated in these three year, among which 150 strains were MRSA,which took up 50.0% of all in 2008, 63.7% of 2009, and 38.9% of 2010. The resistance rates on 12 kinds of tested drugs were not obviously changed during three years. The resistance rate of MRSA groups on Rifampin, Furadantin and Techomycin were relatively low. No VRSA was found. Resistance rate on other drugs were above 80%. Conclusion Conlinical apply of antibacterial on patients infected by staphylococcus aureus should base on the test of drug sensitivity, so as to postpone the appearance of drug resistance and enhance monitor drug resistance of MRSA.
