摘　　要：目的评价应用肱骨头切除术治疗老年患者肱骨上端骨折的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析肱骨头切除术治疗8例老年肱骨上端骨折的临床资料。结果本组手术过程简单、顺利，无神经、血管损伤，住院期间无感染等并发症发生。8例门诊随访6～18个月，结果满意。结论肱骨头切除术是治疗老年患者肱骨上端骨折的较好选择。Objective To evaluate the humeral head resection of proximal humerus fractures for elderly patients and efficacy of the method. Methods Retrospective analysis of the humeral head resection of proximal humerus fractures older clinical data of 8 cases. Results The surgical procedure was simple, smooth, no nerve, vascular damage, no infection and other complications during hospitalization occurred. Eight out - patients were followed - up 6 to 18 months with satisfactory resuits. Conchlsion Resection is a better choice of the treatment of humeral head proximal humerus fractures for elderly patients.
