低挥发分水煤浆燃烧器试验研究

摘　　要：一般水煤浆燃烧器只能燃烧较高挥发分煤种水煤浆。针对低挥发分煤种水煤浆难着火稳燃问题,利用研究开发的新型水煤浆旋风燃烧器,进行了三种不同挥发分煤种水煤浆的燃烧试验,证实了旋风燃烧器可以解决低挥发分水煤浆燃烧问题。该技术对扩大水煤浆的原料煤种和应用范围起关键作用。In general,the high volatile coal water mixture can only be used in the CWM burner,introduced a new type vortex burner to resolve difficult ignition problem of the low volatile CWM combustion.At the same time,three kinds of different volatile coal water mixture combustion experiment were conducted to confirm the new vortex burner technique performance.The technique played an important role to broaden coal rank and application range.
