摘　　要：性别和谐是人类两性关系世界中十分重要的学术概念,也是我国社会主义新农村建设与和谐社会构建的重要内容。消除性别歧视、落实农村男女两性的平等地位和发展权利,需要健全和完善以妇代会为主导,其它非政府妇女组织和民间妇女信仰团体为辅助的多元化妇女组织体系。Gender harmony is a very important concept in the domain of gender relationship and also the important content of the new countryside construction and harmonious society of our socialism.We need establish and perfect the pluralistic women＇s organization system with women＇s congress as the leading part and the other non-governmental women＇s organizations and civilian women＇s bodies as the assistant part so as to eliminate sexual discrimination and realize the equal standing and the equal rights between the male and the female.
