摘　　要：上海国产化A型地铁列车车载乘客信息系统依托多媒体网络技术,通过广播和文字显示必须的导乘信息,以满足乘客的出行要求。同时,将车厢内乘客情况的视频信息传递到司机室并作显示记录。详细介绍了该系统的结构、功能和工作原理,并分析了该系统在运行考核过程中出现的一些问题,给出了改进的措施,为今后车载乘客信息系统的设计提供参考。The passenger information system （PIS） for Shanghai localized type-A metro vehicle has been imple- mented based on the technology of multimedia and net- work. This system can transfer the direction information and rich entertainment program on the display terminals installed in the cabin to satisfy the passenger＇s need. Also the PIS will record the passenger＇s information by camera to meets the demands of security information. This paper describes the basic structure, system configuration and main functions of PIS in detail. And the improvement of the PIS is put forward after analyzing some faults happened during the operation test.
