摘 要:采用电沉积法制备了含有SnO2+Sb2Ox中间层的Ti/SnO2+Sb2Ox/PbO2耐酸阳极,用SEM表征了电极表面的形貌,用三电极体系测定了电极在0.5 mol/L H2SO4溶液中不同扫描速度下的循环伏安曲线,同时定量计算出了不同Sb掺杂量的电极表面的分形维数,重点讨论了分形维数和电极在酸性溶液中析氧电催化性能之间的关系。结果表明:Sb摩尔分数为0.02和0.10时电极的分形维数较高,动力学参数a较小,j0较大,且电极表面呈现蘑菇状,催化活性高。因此Ti/SnO2+Sb2Ox/PbO2电极是酸性溶液中较理想的阳极材料。Acid-proof Ti/SnO2+Sb2Ox/PbO2 anodes with SnO2+Sb2Ox interlayers were prepared by electrodepositing method.The surface characterization of the electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The cyclic voltammetry curve of Ti/SnO2+Sb2Ox/PbO2 electrodes was determined in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution in three-electrodes system under different scanning speeds,the fractal dimension of electrode surface was quantitatively calculated under different Sb doping concentrations simultaneously,the relation between fractal dimension and electrocatalysis performance of oxygen evolution in acid solution was discussed emphatically.The results indicate that the Ti/SnO2+Sb2Ox/PbO2 electrode was an ideal anode materials in acidic solution,when Sb doping concentrations were 0.02 and 0.10 the fractal dimension and exchange current density of Ti/SnO2+Sb2Ox/PbO2 electrode were higher,and electrocatalytic activity were also higher than those obtained under other conditions.
