免拆模现浇聚氨酯硬泡外墙保温技术

摘　　要：免拆模现浇聚氨酯硬泡外墙保温技术主要特点是在封闭的模板内注入发泡聚氨酯,发泡过程中无飞溅,达到低损耗和少污染的目的,保温层表面平整度可通过模板加以控制。介绍该技术的构造措施、配套产品性能指标、设备性能及浇注工艺。The key characteristics of on-site puring pdoywethane from without demoulding in external thermal insulation technology includes low wastage and pollution created in the process of pouring polyurethane foam poured in the closed formwork.The surface roughness of the thermal insulation layer was effectively controlled by the formwork.Integrating with the application in the construction project,some issues about the packaged technology were discussed,which include the structure measures,the indexes of accessories performance, equipment performance,pouring technology,construction technology,integrated properties and so on.
