益气养阴化瘀汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴化瘀汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将60例早期DN患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予控制饮食、降糖治疗等常规西医治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加服益气养阴化瘀汤。2组疗程均为3个月。观察2组临床疗效、临床症状积分及24 h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)。结果治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率70.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后临床症状积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后临床症状积分低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后UAER低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论益气养阴化瘀汤治疗早期DN疗效肯定。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqiyangyinhuayu decoction on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods 60 patients with early DN were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group received basic treatment including controlling diet and hypoglycemic therapy.30 patients in the treatment group received Yiqiyangyinhuayu decoction on the basis of basic treatment of control treatment.The therapeutic course was 3 months in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（83.3%） was higher than that in control group（70.0%,P0.05）.The symptoms score after treatment were lower than those before treatment in two groups（P0.05,P0.01）.The symptoms score in treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment（P0.01）.UAER in treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion Yiqiyangyinhuayu decoction has positive effect on early DN,and was worthy of clinical application.
