化痰通络通淋排石方加肾区虚叩治疗泌尿系结石128例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察化痰通络通淋排石方加肾区虚叩治疗泌尿系结石临床疗效。方法将214例泌尿系结石患者随机分为2组,治疗组128例予化痰通络通淋排石方加肾区虚叩治疗,对照组86例予排石颗粒治疗。2组均2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察临床疗效,主要症状及体征改善情况和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率92.19%,对照组总有效率80.23%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组腰腹痛、镜下血尿及膀胱刺激征改善率均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组均无不良反应。结论化痰通络通淋排石方加肾区虚叩可明显改善泌尿结石患者的临床症状,疗效确切,且无副作用。Objective To observe the effect of Huatan Tongluo Tonglin Paishi recipe in association with kidney area virtual button on lithangiuria.Methods 214 patients with lithangiuria were randomly divided into two groups.128 cases in treatment group received Huatan Tongluo Tonglin Paishi recipe in association with kidney area virtual button.86 patients in control group received Paishi granule.The course was two weeks in two groups.The clinical effect,improvement of main symptoms and signs and adverse reactions were observed after two courses.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（92.19%） was higher than that in control group（80.23%,P0.05）.The improved rate of Lumbar pain,microscopic hematuria and bladder irritation in treatment group was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Huatan Tongluo Tonglin Paishi recipe in association with kidney area virtual button can significantly improve symptoms and has definite effect,without side effects.
