川芎嗪注射液对不稳定性心绞痛合并勃起功能障碍患者勃起功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察磷酸川芎嗪葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注对不稳定性心绞痛合并勃起功能障碍(ED)患者勃起功能的影响。方法将不稳定性心绞痛合并ED 86例随机分为2组,2组均予不稳定性心绞痛的常规治疗。治疗组同时予磷酸川芎嗪葡萄糖注射液50～100 mg,每日1次静脉滴注;对照组同时予5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL,每日1次静脉滴注。2组均以10 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后停止静脉滴注治疗,继续口服常规药物6个月。治疗前及治疗6个月后进行国际勃起功能评分问卷(IIEF-5)评分比较勃起功能。结果治疗组治疗后IIEF-5评分与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后组间比较均增加(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论磷酸川芎嗪葡萄糖注射液可有效改善不稳定性心绞痛合并ED的勃起功能。Objective To observe the effect of Ligustrazine with phosphoric acid in cartose injection on erectile function in patients with unstable angina combined with erectile dysfunction（ED）.Methods 86 patients with unstable angina combined with ED were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups were given conventional therapy for unstable angina.At same time treatment group received Ligustrazine with phosphoric acid in cartose injection,50~100ml,once a day.Control group received 5% glucose injection 250 mL,once infusion a day.The course was ten days in two groups.Intravenous therapy was stopped after a course,oral conventional medications was continued for 6 months.The international questionnaire（IIEF-5） erectile function scores were carried on for comparison of erectile function score before treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results IIEF-5 score after treatment in treatment group was increased in comparison with that before treatment in treatment group and after treatment in control group（P0.05）.The improvement of erectile function in treatment group was more than that in control group.Conclusion Ligustrazine with phosphoric acid in cartose injection can effectively improve erectile function in patients with unstable angina combined with erectile dysfunction.
