摘 要:针对某钢铁企业煤气混合加压过程强耦合、强干扰等特点,结合生产过程的控制要求,设计了一个过程级和操作级的两级分布式系统结构.在分析系统需求和软件功能的基础上,智能控制算法软件采用模块复用的策略开发.为实现应用程序与集散控制系统的无缝连接,采用OPC通讯技术和ATL封装技术,从而实现了对混合煤气热值和压力的自动控制和实时控制.实际应用情况表明,所设计的系统满足了过程控制的要求,提高了混合煤气的质量.Considering the gas mixing-and-pressurization process which is strongly coupled and disturbed in an iron and steel plant, a two-level-distributed system structure with process level and operation level was designed according to the requirements of the production process. By analyzing the system de- mands and functions of the software, the intelligent control algorithms were developed by utilizing function module reuse. The application programs were seamlessly linked with the distributed control system by u- sing the OPC communication technology and the ATL packaging technology. The automatic control and real-time control of calorific value and pressure for the mixed gas were finally realized. Actual applications have shown that the results meet the requirements of process control, and the quality of gas is improved.
