摘 要:以复等位基因遗传的大白菜雄性不育两用系AB01为材料,对蕾长与小孢子发育动态关系进行研究。形态调查结果发现,花蕾发育到1.75 mm以后时,不育株雄蕊逐渐退化,花药逐渐变黄、干瘪;花蕾长度在1.50~3.00 mm时,不育花药的生长速度极为缓慢,该时期是花粉败育的关键时期;徒手压片结果显示,长度为1.50 mm的不育花蕾中出现了四分体小孢子解体现象。在进行核不育基因表达分析研究时,花蕾样品分级标准应为蕾长<1.50 mm、1.50~3.00 mm和>3.00 mm 3个等级或者更加细化。Using genic multiple-allele inherited male-sterility in Brassica campestris L.ssp.pekinensis,the two-type line "AB01" as material,the dynamic relationship between bud length and microspore development was studied.The results of morphological observation showed that the stamen of sterile plant degenerated gradually,as well as the anther became yellow and shriveled after the buds length reaches 1.75 mm.The growth rate of sterile anther was very slow in the stage of 1.5-3.0 mm buds,which was the key period of pollen abortion.The results of free-hand sectioning showed that the tetrad microspore was disintegrated in 1.5 mm sterile buds.So buds were devided into three primary stages,stage I(bud length 1.5 mm);stage II(bud length,1.5-3 mm) and stage III(bud length 3mm) or other more stages to study the molecular mechanisms of genic multiple-allele inherited male sterility in Brassica campestris L.ssp.pekinensis.
