摘  要:采用1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)为络合剂,三氯甲烷为萃取剂,乙醇为助溶剂,建立了析相微萃取-分光光度法测定农产品中痕量铁的分析方法。考察了影响络合反应和相分离的各种条件及共存离子的干扰。在最优的实验条件下,铁质量浓度在0.02~0.50μg/mL时与吸光度呈线性关系,方法的检出限为0.01μg/mL,对铁浓度为0.10μg/mL的样品溶液进行7次平行测定,相对标准偏差为2.68%。该方法用于农产品中痕量铁测定,回收率在95.8%~102.9%之间。A new method for the determination of trace iron in agricultural products by microsphere phase separation extraction-spectrophotometry with was developed,with the existence of cosolvent of ethanol,extraction solvent of trichloromethane,and complexing agent of 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol(PAN).Various conditions influencing complexing reaction and phase separation were optimized.And the interference of coexistenceion was studied.Under the optimized experimental conditions,there was a linear relationship between absorbance and iron concentration in the range of 0.02~0.50 μg/mL.The detection limit of this method was 0.01 μg/mL.The RSD was 2.68% for seven determination of 0.10 μg/mL iron.This method had been applied to the determination of trace iron in agricultural products with the recovery rate of 95.8% to 102.9%.
