摘　　要：目的建立益精灵口服液中大黄素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸(80∶20),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:30℃;检测波长为254 nm。结果大黄素在0.05～64.00μg.mL-1进样范围内呈良好线性关系r,=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.55%,RSD为1.68%(n=9)。结论该方法简便,专属性及重复性好,可有效控制益精灵口服液的质量。Objective To determine the content of emodin in yijingling oral solution. Methods HPLC was used with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 1% methanoic acid （ 80 ：20 ） ; with the flow rate at 1.0 mL ·min^-1; colunm temperature at 30 ℃ and detection wavelength at 254 nm. Results Linear range of emodin determination was 0. 05 - 64.00 μg·mL^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9）. The mean recovery was 99.55% , and RSD was 1.68% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method is convenient, specific and reproducible for emodin determination in yijingling oral solution.
