摘　　要：目的:探讨P27在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP的方法检测EM s组(异位内膜和在位内膜各30例)中P27的表达,并与30例正常内膜对照组在位内膜进行比较。结果:P27在EM s组(异位内膜组和在位内膜组)的相对表达量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);异位内膜组的相对表达量明显低于在位内膜(P<0.05);正常对照组分泌期P27的表达量高于增生期(P<0.05)。结论:P27的表达下调可能与EM s的发病有关。Objective.. To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P27 in endometriosis. Meth- ods： Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P27 in the endometriosis group including the ectopic endometrium from 30 cases with endometriosis（ectopic endornetrium group） and the eutopic endometri- um from 30 cases （eutopic endometrium group） ,and in 30 cases of normal endometrium without endometriosis （control group）. Results：We revealed the decreased expression of P27 in the endometriosis group （ectopic en- dometrium group and eutopic endometrium group）compared with that in control group. The decreased expres- sion of P27 was detected in the ectopic endometrium group compared with that in the eutopic endometrium group. The P27 expression in secretory phase was slightly higher than that in proliferative phase in the control group. Conclusion：The down- regulation of P27 in endometriosis suggests that P27 may play a role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
