体内不同冲洗液对Propex电测仪准确性的影响

摘　　要：目的:体内评价不同冲洗液对Propex根尖电测仪测量结果的影响。方法:将需要做根管治疗的150颗单根管患牙随机分为5组,开髓后立即去除根管内的牙髓,然后分别用17%EDTA、生理盐水、0.5%NaOCl、3%H2O2冲洗根管,每个根管冲洗3次,最后一次冲洗后保留冲洗液,测量工作长度。空白组用0.5%次氯酸钠和生理盐水交替冲洗后将根管干燥后进行测量。各组测量3次的平均值与X线确定的根管长度值以单因素方差分析(ANOVA)。结果:各组根管长度测量值与实际根管长度无显著性差异,单因素方差分析显示各组间测量值无显著性差异。结论:ProPex根尖定位仪能准确测量根管长度,且不受根管内冲洗液的影响。Objective：To evaluate the effect of four kinds of irrigations on Propex measuring in vivo. Methods： Al1150 single canal teeth receiving root canal therapy were divided into 5 group s at random. After pulp chamber and coronary canalwere opened and the pulp tissue was removed, the canal was irrigated three times with 3% hydrogen peroxide, 17% EDTA, 0. 5% sodium hypochlorite, and normal saline. The last irrigation was remained and length of canal was measured with Propex. The canal irrigated was dried after 0. 5 % sodium hypochlorite and normal saline were alternately used as a negative control. Mean value was calculated after three times of Propex measurement. One--way analysis of variance was applied to compare data among groups. Results：There was no significant difference between the measured root canal length and actual root canal length in each group. The differences between all groups showed no significance after the analysis of ANVOA. Conclusion： Propex can exactly measure the length of root canal, and four kinds of irrigations in the canal showed no effect on its accuracy.
