摘　　要：目的:探讨腺苷类似物CHA(环己基腺苷)对大鼠肾脏髓袢升支粗段(Thick ascending limb of Henle’s loop,TAL)中PKA(蛋白激酶A)及PLA2(磷脂酶A2)蛋白表达的影响。方法:在髓袢升支粗段组织中加入10μmol/L的CHA,分别作用5min、15min、30min和1h,采用Western blot(免疫印迹)技术观察CHA对PKA及PLA2蛋白表达的影响。结果:CHA未能明显改变大鼠肾脏髓袢升支粗段中PKA及PLA2的蛋白表达(P>0.05)。结论:CHA在实验所用时间内不能改变PKA和PLA2的蛋白合成。Objective： To study the effect of CHA on the protein express of PKA and PLA2 in the thick ascending limb of the rat kidney. Methods： The CHA was placed into the tissue of TAL at different time points to observe the protein express of PKA and PLA2 by using Western blot technique. Results：The CHA did not change the protein express of PKA and PLA2 on the thick ascending limb of rat kidney （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：The CHA cannot change the protein synthesis of PKA and PLA2 in the experiment time.
