摘　　要：院前急救是急诊医疗服务体系中的一个重要组成部分。目前我国院前急救管理尚属于一个新的课题,尽管近几年发展较快,但至今仍然没有普遍建立起全国范围内协调统一的院前急救管理体系。通过深入了解法国院前急救管理模式,从其急救医疗系统起源、特点、院前急救人员培训及准入等方面的对比,分析了我国院前急救管理体系的现状、问题与不足,为我国院前急救管理体系的发展与完善提供了参考和借鉴。First-aid is a one of important constituent of the Emergency Medical Service System. First-aid management is still belongs to a new task in our country at present, although it＇s developing fast in recent years, but still no general establish harmonious and unified first-aid management system in the nationwide. This paper analyses first-aid management mode in France, From the aspects of emergency medicalsystem origin. characteristics, first-aid persormel training, etc ,to compare and analyse the problems and deficiencies of the first-aid management system present situation in our country, in order to offer reference for the development and improvement of the first-aid management system.
