摘 要:目的:分析卫生事业管理专业本科毕业生和用人单位对学生综合素质的需求,提出提高卫管专业学生综合素质的对策。方法:通过对本科毕业生和用人单位的问卷调查,运用SPSS12.0进行统计分析。结果:该专业目前开设的医学必修课得到毕业生的基本认可;80%以上的毕业生认为基础学科课程中的英语、计算机、医学文献检索十分重要;专业基础必修课的认可率都超过50%,平均为78.9%;不同类型单位的毕业生均认为人际关系、礼仪学、办公设备与软件使用、社会调查与分析应作为必修课开设。责任感和敬业精神、职业道德和信誉、人际沟通能力、合作精神和全局观念是用人单位最为看重的基本素质;沟通协调能力、公文写作和计划管理能力是用人单位最重视的专业素质。结论:增强社会责任感、职业道德和信誉教育;突出专业特色,注重综合能力培养;确立应用型人才培养目标,兼顾研究型人才的发展。Objective: The paper analyzes the demand for students' overall quality from employers and graduates who majored in health management of undergraduate level. On the basis of this analysis we propose our measures to improve overall quality of undergraduate students in health management. Methods: We surveyed undergraduates and employers with questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. Resalt: The survey graduates generally acknowledged the appropriateness of courses they learned. There are 80% survey students who thought that courses on English, computer skills, literature search are very important. All professional courses exceed 50% acknowledge rate with an average rate of 78.9%. Graduates employed in various sectors expressed that some optional courses should be made compulsory. These courses include interpersonal relationships, courtesy and manners, application of office software and device, methods for social investigation and analysis. On the employer's side they valued qualities including responsibility and dedication to career, professional mores and good credit, good communication and teamwork skill, and a vision of overall situation. Conclusion: Social responsibility, professional mores and education on credit should be strengthened in education. Both professional specialties and overall quality should be emphasized. The target of professional education should be established while the development for student who favors academics been balanced.
