摘　　要：英、美、澳的卫生管理教育经多年发展,自成体系。3国的卫生管理教育立足于社会需求,其应用型人才培养模式定位明确,课程形式多样,交流反馈及时,且有广泛的社会支持网络,其经验值得我国的卫生管理教育和卫生管理专业人才培养工作学习与借鉴。Britain, America and Australia each has already established its own health administration teaching system according to years of experience of developing. Their education models based on.the need of society of Cultivating Applied Health Administration Talents, which has clear positioning, colorful courses, timely communicate and extensive social support network have a certain reference for health administration education in our country, which is worth to the new exploration and cultivating of health administration talents in our country.
