国际金融危机背景下中国遭受反倾销及应对特征研究

摘　　要：受国际金融危机影响,国际贸易保护主义抬头,中国遭遇反倾销形势严峻,严重影响中国的出口贸易。应用引入执行率、反倾销对称率及反倾销强度指数三个指标,从中国遭受反倾销及应对反击的总体特征、产品结构及其国别结构三方面进行了分析,发现国际金融危机下国外对华实行有针对性集中贸易反倾销攻击,借以转嫁国内经济危机,相对而言,中国没有充分对等地运用反倾销贸易保护手段。同时还提出相应的政策建议,以减少反倾销措施的不利影响。China is encountering a severe anti - dumping in the background of the international economic crisis, and with the international trade protectionism on the rise, which seriously affects our export trade. Using the statistic data of WTO, the paper makes a statistic analysis of anti - dumping against China. The analysis indicates that the situation is more and more serious lately. The country distribution of anti - dumping against China shows remarkable difference. The countries affected by the international economic crisis seriously become the main force of anti - dumping against China for the purpose of transferring their crisis. The frequency distribution of anti - dumping is significantly different for Chinese various products. The rate of executing anti - dumping against China is in a high level. The AD symmetry rate against other countries is low, which is very disadvantageous for China to enter a plea. At last the paper offers some relative policy suggestions to reduce the adverse effects of anti - dumping measures.
