摘 要:利用小型层式下吸式固定床反应器研究了玉米秆成型颗粒燃料在氧气-水蒸气气氛中的气化反应,通过在线测量温度和气体产物组分变化,分析了在固定当量比下玉米秆颗粒燃料氧气-水蒸气的固定床气化反应机理.本次试验测定的玉米秆颗粒燃料在0.3当量比下利用纯氧气化的气体产物中氢气含量为19.39%,远小于流化床富氧气化传统文献报道值.通过测定床层温度发现纯氧气化时气化炉氧化层厚度比空气气化时明显变薄,初步证实了水蒸气只有在高于900℃时才明显参与气化反应.The gasification reacts of corn stalk pellets surrounded by oxygen-steam through a small layered downdraft fixed bed reactor have been investigated,the reacting mechanism of corn stalk pellets and oxygen- steam with certain equivalent ratios were analyzed by measuring reacting temperature and gaseous products components. Experi/nental results showed that the content of hydrogen produced in pure oxygen gasified was 19.39 % when the equivalence ratio was 0.3, which was less than that of rich oxygen gasification through flowing bed reported in reference. In addition,through measuring the fixed bed temperature,it was indicated that the depth of oxidation layer reduced under pure oxygen gasification,compared with air gasification,which demonstrated steam Joined the react only when the temperature was higher than 900 ℃.
