摘  要:采用三氯化铝催化体系AlCl_3/HCl对苯与癸烯-1的烷基化反应进行了研究。探讨了反应温度和反应时间对烷基化反应的影响。用气相色谱和红外光谱表征了产物的组成和结构,按照石油和石油产品试验方法国家标准测定了产物的黏度、凝点和相对分子质量。结果表明,该烷基化反应的产物主要为二烷基苯和癸烯五聚物的混合物。该混合物是具有较高黏度指数(124~164)、低凝点(-48~-62℃)、相对分子质量适中(425~720)的理想的润滑油基础油组分。Alkylation of benzene and decene-1 catalyzed by AlCl3/HC1 catalyst was studied. The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on alkyl of benzene were investigated. The composition and molecular structure of the obtained products were characterized by GC and IR methods. The viscosity, pour point and molecular mass of the product were determined according to national standards of test method for petroleum and petroleum products. The results showed that the alkylation product of benzene with decene-1 was a mixture, mainly composed of dialkylbenzene and pentamer of decene-1, and possessed a high viscosity index (124-164), a low pour point (-48--62℃) and a moderate relative molecular mass (425-720), which is a desired component for lubricant base oil.
