摘 要:在常压、1200℃下,采用WRT-3P型高温微量热重分析系统和XRD、IR、ASAP测试手段考察了微波照射时间、功率和温度对石油焦气化反应活性的影响。结果表明,微波处理后石油焦CO_2气化反应速率随着石油焦转化率的增大先增加后降低,在转化率为0.1左右出现最大值;随着微波照射时间的延长和照射功率的增大,石油焦气化反应速率加快,石油焦微晶结构呈现出无定形变化的趋势;但是随着微波照射温度的升高,石油焦气化反应速率先增加后减小,石油焦微晶结构有序化程度先减弱后加强。At atmospheric pressure, gasification of petroleum coke was carried out in WRT-3P thermogravimetric analysis system at 1200℃. The effects of microwave irradiation time, power and temperature on the gasification reactivity of petroleum coke were investigated by using X-ray diffraction(XRD), infrared absorption spectrum(IR) and accelerated surface area and porosimetry system(ASAP). The results indicated that the gasification rate of microwave-treated coke increased with the increase of the coke conversion and then decreased after reaching its maximum at the conversion of 0. 1. The gasification rate of petroleum coke increased and the microcrystallite structure of petroleum coke became amorphous with the increase of microwave irradiation time and irradiation power. However, as the irradiation temperature increased, the gasification rate of microwave-treated coke increased and then decreased, showing the crystalline ordering degree of petroleum coke weakened first and then strengthened.
