摘  要:缩合-萃取脱硫是利用FCC汽油中的噻吩类硫化物与HCHO在H_2SO_4存在下发生缩合反应,生成的噻吩缩合物被抽提至水相,从而达到脱硫的目的。考察了HCHO-H_2SO_4体系对FCC汽油缩合-萃取脱硫的效果。当HCHO-H_2SO_4体系中HCHO占模拟汽油的体积分数为1.5%、H_2SO_4(质量分数55%)占模拟汽油的体积分数为10%、反应温度70℃、反应时间60 min时,缩合萃取脱硫后模拟汽油的硫质量分数由1163μg/g降至139μg/g,脱硫率为87.96%;但是对硫质量分数为652μg/g的FCC汽油的脱硫率仅为10.74%;固定HCHO与H_2SO_4的体积比,增加二者的用量有助于提高FCC汽油的脱硫率。该体系对硫含量低的FCC汽油以及FCC重汽油脱硫效果较好,当HCHO-H_2SO_4占FCC汽油的体积分数为40%时,FCC中汽油硫质量分数由164μg/g降至65μg/g,脱硫率达到60.37%。Condensation-extraction desulfurization is a way to desulfurize the thiophene sulfides in FCC gasoline, in which the thiophene sulfides were condensated with formaldehyde in the presence of sulfuric acid at first, and the thiophenic condensation compounds were extracted to the aqueous phase. To remove sulfur compounds from FCC gasoline by condensation of HCHO-H2SO4 system was studied. Under the conditions of 1. 5% volume fraction formaldehyde, 10% volume fraction sulfuric acid (sulfuric acid mass fraction 55%), reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 60 min, the sulfur mass fraction in simulated gasoline was decreased from 1163 μg/g to 139 μg/g, with the desulfurization rate of 87. 96%. But the desulfurization rate was only 10. 74% when removing sulfur compounds from FCC gasoline, in which the sulfur mass fraction was 652 μg/g under the same conditions. Fixing the volume ratio of formaldehyde and sulfuric acid, and increasing the amount of them was good for improving desulfurization rate of FCC gasoline. It was found that FCC gasoline with lower sulfur mass fraction and FCC heavy gasoline had higher desulfurization rates in HCHO-H2SO4 system. When the volume fraction of formaldehyde and sulfuric acid was 40%, the sulfur mass fraction of FCC heavy gasoline was reduced from 164μg/g to 65 μg/g, with the desulfurization rate of 60.37%.
