Na_2CO_3作沉淀剂制备NiZnCu铁氧体粉末及其性能研究

摘  要:采用化学共沉淀法制备NiZnCu铁氧体时,如果采用NaOH或者氨水作为沉淀剂,会造成Zn2+离子的大量损失。为此,本文选用Na2CO3为沉淀剂制备了名义配方为Ni0.4-xZn0.6CuxFe2O4(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)的铁氧体粉末,并对其结构和磁性能作了研究。实验发现,前驱体粉末在900℃温度下煅烧2小时后皆形成单相铁氧体粉末;样品的饱和磁化强度Ms和矫顽力Hc随着Cu含量的增加而减小,起始磁化率χi呈现先增加后减小的趋势,在x=0.10时达到最大值。研究表明,Cu的最佳取代量在x=0.10左右。Loss of Zn2+ ions will significantly appear if the NiZnCu powders with NaOH or Ammonia as precipitant are prepared by chemical co-precipitation method.Therefore,the Ni0.4-xZn0.6CuxFe2O4(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20) ferrite powders with Na2CO3 as precipitant were prepared in this study.And the structure and magnetic properties of the ferrite powders were researched.It was found that the precursor powder was formed as single-phase ferrite powder in the conditions of calcination temperature at 900℃ for 2 hours.Saturation magnetization Ms and coercivity Hc of the samples decreased with Cu content increasing.Initial magnetic susceptibility χi firstly increased and then decreased,and reached the maximum value when x=0.10.Research shows that the best Cu amount(x) is about 0.10.
