摘 要:寻找在超声条件下从沙枣中提取鞣质的优化条件,并进行含量测定。在单因素试验的基础上,采取正交设计法,以料液比,丙酮浓度,提取温度,超声时间为因素,每个因素3个水平,选择L9(34)正交表进行实验,用络合滴定法测定鞣质含量作为综合评价指标。最佳提取条件:料液比为1∶10,丙酮浓度为60%,提取温度为35℃,超声时间为35 min。最佳条件提取的鞣质含量为9.874 3%。超声法提取沙枣鞣质操作简单,效果好而且节省时间。To search for the best condition of extraction for tannin in Elaeagnus angustifolia L by ultrasonic assistant,and determine their constituent.On the base of singly effect experiment,Via the orthogonal design,the effects of Substance-Liquid ratio,the concentration of acetone,and the temperature of extraction,ultrasonic extracting-time(each for 3 levels) were considered,the comprehensive evaluation was given,guided by the result of the constituent of tannin determined by Complextitration.The best extraction conditions: material ratio of 1∶10,acetone concentration of 60 percent,by the extraction temperature of 35 ℃,ultrasonic extraction time for 35 min.The result of tannin in Elaeagnus angustifolia by ultrasonic extraction from The best condition was 9.874 3 %.The way that ultrasonic extraction of tannin in Elaeagnus angustifolia is efficiency and operated simply,and can be done in few times.
