高熔点固体酒精的制备

摘　　要：为制备燃烧时不流淌,性能优良的固体酒精,在工业酒精中,加入6%硬脂酸,加热回流,保持微沸、搅拌,使硬脂酸完全溶解。加入0.1%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和硫酸铝,缓慢加入1.3%氢氧化钠,温度控制在80℃,加入着色剂,继续搅拌保持微沸20 min。倒入放在热水中的模具,使其缓慢降温冷却,可得到表面光亮、细腻、蜡状的固体酒精。由于加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和硫酸铝,可使不溶于酒精的硬脂酸钠溶胶胶粒形成的三维网状结构更加牢固,使固体酒精的硬度增加,熔点升高。该法制备的固体酒精熔点高,储存稳定,无液体渗出,燃烧时不流淌,燃烧时间长,无烟,残渣少,无环境污染。To prepare high melting point solid alcohol with superior capacity,add 6% stearic acid in industrial alcohol and begin stirring until stearic acid is completely dissolved.Then 0.1% polyvinglpyrrolidone（PVP）,aluminum sulfate and 1.3% sodium hydroxide are added and mixed well.The react ion mixture is refluxed at 80 ℃.Then add the colorant,after stirring for 20 m inutes,the mixture is poured into moulds which is in hot water.We will get fin e ceraceous solid alcohol after coolling off.Because of adding PVP and aluminum sulfate,the 3-D network structure which is formed by sodium stearate is more steady.The melting point of solid alcohol prepared through this method is highe r,its storage is stable;while burning,it does not flow off;its burning is lo nger with no smoke and less leavings.
