广西蔗区劳动力状况的分析

摘　　要：以我国最大的甘蔗产区广西为例,分析了2000/01～2007/08年间8个生产期蔗区劳动力数量、人均植蔗面积及生产负荷、人工成本的变化趋势。结果表明,蔗区劳动力数量的增减缺乏科学的引导,明显滞后于植蔗面积、产蔗量的增长要求,导致劳动力负荷及成本激增,其占生产总成本的比重已近50%,成为制约产业持续健康发展的瓶颈,实行机械化迫在眉睫。We analyze the number of sugarcane farmer, planting acreage of per sugarcane-farmer and the load, labor cost as well from 2000-2007 in Guangxi, the largest sugarcane planting area in China. The results show： the number of sugarcane farmer isn＇t accommodated with the increasing of planting area and cane yield because of being short of scientific guidance. The load and cost of labor have been increasing fast to nearly 50% of total product cost. Mechanization is needed urgently.
