摘 要:分别采用固-固、液-固和液-液掺杂方式向钼粉中引入A12O3,然后用粉末冶金法制备出掺杂钼粉,经压制、烧结制成A12O3颗粒增强钼基复合材料。对掺杂钼粉及钼坯进行SEM形貌观察,并测定复合材料的密度和显微硬度。结果表明,液-液掺杂能够制备出粉末颗粒小、密度及硬度高的Al2O3/Mo复合材料,其掺杂A12O3颗粒细小且分布较均匀。Al2O3 was doped into molybdenum powder by solid-solid, liquid-solid and liquid-liquid doping methods respectively, then doped molybdenum powder was prepared by powder metallurgy, and finally Al2O3 particle reinforced molybdenum composite material was prepared by pressing and sintering. The microstructure of doped molybdenum powder and molybdenum bar was observed by SEM. The results show that the Al2O3/Mo composite material prepared by liquid-liquid doping has small particle size and high density and hardness, and its doped Al2O3 particles are small and uniformly distributed.
