摘 要:通过对安徽省六所高校体育专业大学生进行问卷调查,探讨体育专业大学生网球肘的成因,以及运动处方干预后网球肘损伤的转归机制及其效果。研究表明:由于技术动作错误、身体素质跟不上技术要求、运动量过大和局部负担过重、准备活动不适当等因素,可导致网球肘的发生;体育专业大学生网球运动的发病率为67.8%,而网球肘的发病率为25.6%,其中轻度损伤占65.6%、中度损伤占29.8%、重度损伤占4.6%;通过以关节主动练习、肘肌力练习、协调性练习、牵伸运动练习等为主的运动处方对网球肘进行干预,能减轻肘部疼痛,改善肘部功能。Through a questionnaire survey on college sports students of six universities in Anhui, this article explores the causes of tennis elbow of college sports students, and the mechanism and effect after a motion prescription intervention on tennis elbow. The research shows:Owing to factors such as technical errors, physical fitness not keeping up with technical requirements, excessive exercises, over-loaded burden on some body parts and inappropriate warm-up activities and other factors will result in the tennis elbow. The incidence rate of college tennis sports is 67.8%, while incidence rate of tennis elbow is 25.6% , of which incidence of minor injury is 65.6% , 29.8 percent of moderate damage and severe injury is 4.6%. It can alleviate the pain and improve the functionality by using motion prescription intervention, which is mainly joint initiative exercises, elbow muscle strength exercises, coordination exercises, stretch exercises and other movement-based exercises on tennis elbows.
