补骨脂及其混伪品蛋白质电泳鉴别

摘　　要：为鉴别补骨脂与其混伪品,对两种种子的可溶性蛋白质进行了聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析。结果表明,补骨脂及其混伪品的电泳图谱存在显著差异,电泳图谱可作为补骨脂及其混伪品的鉴别依据。To identify Psoralea corylifolia L. and its adulterants, polyaenylamide gel electrophoresis analysis was used. The results there were obvious differences among the electrophoresis speetrums of the two types of seeds. It concluded the methods can be used for the identification of the seeds of Psoralea corylifolia L. and its adulterants.
