摘  要:以浮式生产储油轮上部模块的疲劳评估为例,介绍了一种基于线性疲劳累积损伤原理的简化疲劳评价方法。方法考虑了FPSO生产周期内的各种工况和环境条件,并对各种工况做出合理的划分,借助海洋工程通用计算软件SACS的分析结果,最后得到了在一定概率下船体上部结构的累积损伤值。整个分析参照ABS规范,为海洋工程结构的简化疲劳评估提供了一种途径。Simplified fatigue assessment method was present based on linear cumulative damage, a procedure of fatigue analysis was introduced for one FPSO. Various load and environmental conditions which were classified reasonably, were considered in complete FPSO production period in this method, accumulation damage value under decided probability was carried out making use of the results of SACS which was widely used in offshore oil engineering. The whole assessment was provided a method for offshore structure simplified fatigue assessment, some details according to ABS code.
