摘　　要：为了满足我国政府网站的发展所需的人才及知识的更新,政府网站规划与建设培训迅速发展起来。在中央精神的指引下,我国政府网站建设不断取得阶段性成果,同时面临着人才培养问题和知识更新问题,因此相关培训工作也显得极为重要。本文通过分析我国政府网站建设培训工作的背景、现状及未来发展几个方面,阐明了政府网站规划与建设培训工作应该结合我国政府网站建设的目的及意义,从我国政府网站建设的经历、现状及发展趋势入手,着重做好历史经验总结、现状调查与研究和未来发展趋势的引领,这就要求相关培训机构在政府网站规划与建设方面有丰富的经验和科学的研究体系。To meet the needs of our government website development supply of talent and knowledge updating,the government website planning and construction training is pullulating in a high speed.In the central spirit,under the guidance of our government website construction unceasingly has obtained achievements,but it is racing talent cultivation problems and knowledge updating problems,therefore the related training also appears very important.By analyzing the government website construction training,the situation and the future development of the several aspects,expounds the government website planning and construction training work should combine our government website construction of purpose and significance,from our government website construction experience,the situation and developing trend of,emphasized on historical experience,status quo survey and research and future development trend of lead,which requires the related training institutions in government website planning and construction has the rich experience and scientific research system.
