摘 要:目的通过阴极电泳涂装技术在钛合金表面形成聚氨酯涂层,提高其血液相容性,探讨该技术在医用金属表面改性领域内的应用前景。方法通过阴极电泳在钛合金表面制备聚氨酯涂层,首先对该涂层进行物理表征测定,然后进行体外溶血实验,动态凝血实验,血小板粘附实验对其进行血液相容性评价,与未涂层的钛合金或(和)聚四氟乙烯作平行对照。结果阴极电泳技术可以在钛合金表面形成聚氨酯涂层,且血液相容性高,与聚四氟乙烯相当,而明显优于钛合金。结论经阴极电泳涂装技术形成的钛合金-聚氨酯涂层的血液相容性得到显著改善,显示了其在医用金属表面改性领域的广阔应用前景。Objective To improve the blood compatibility of titanium alloy by coating polyurethane(Ti/PU)through cathode electro-coating and explore its application in the area of medical metal surface modification. Methods Polyurethane(PU) coating was prepared on surface of titanium alloy(Ti)by cathode electro coating and its surface characteristics to Ti were analyzed. The blood compatibility of the composite Ti/PU was investigated in terms of hemolysis, dynamic clotting time, platelet adhesion,and compared with uncoated Ti alloy and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE). Results PU was successfully coated on the surface of Ti,and was highly compatible with human blood. Its blood compatibility was comparable to PTFE and obviously better than uncoated Ti. Conclusion The blood compatibility of Ti can be improved significantly after being coated with PU and this technology shows favorable prospects in the area of medical metal surface modification.
