摘　　要：分析了流媒体直播服务器的功能需求,设计了流媒体直播服务器的功能。以主要函数的描述为中心,以主要函数的流程为线索,通过编写管理员界面及子对话框来实现管理及设置服务器功能。利用M PEG 4IP编码库实现M PEG 4的软编码,监听客户端的发送请求,利用RTP协议传输数据实现客户端的直播请求,调用SDL库来实现视频的本地回显。技术上的创新有:基于M PEG 4IP项目进行二次开发,实现符合M PEG 4标准的音视频数据。实现不同带宽用户对视频质量的需求。采用SDL技术实现在L inux平台显示播放。基于RTP/RTSP协议实现音视频数据的传输。the live broadcast streaming media needs of the server functionality.streaming media between the server functionality.the principal function description,the main function in the process of information through written administrator interface and the dialog box to achieve management and the set server functionality.Use MPEG4IP code library MPEG4 the implementation and monitoring of the client,using RTP a data protocol to the client＇s request,the live broadcast.call sdl libraries to fulfill the local video.technical innovation has ：MPEG4IP project based on a second development,consistent with standard MPEG4 of video data.different users to the video quality.the demand for linux sdl technology platform to display.based on rtp rtsp agreement for the transmission of video data.
