摘　　要：图书馆图书供应商选择是图书馆图书招标采购的核心环节,也是影响图书馆发展建设的重要方面。在图书馆图书供应商选择中,服务水平得到越来越多的重视,正逐步成为关键决策因素。以图书馆图书供应商为分析对象,对图书馆图书采购流程展开分析,依据图书采购和消费过程中所呈现的特征和相关影响因素,建立了基于服务满意度理论的服务水平影响因素研究框架,运用实际调研的数据,构建了结构方程模型,验证了服务水平的主要影响因素及其影响机制,研究结果既为图书馆图书供应商选择的科学决策奠定了基础,又对促进图书馆的发展建设具有现实的指导意义。Book supplier selection is the core area of purchase of library,and one of important aspects that affect development and construction of the library.In the book vendor selection,the service level has been getting more and more attention and gradually becoming a key factor in the decision-making.Taking book supplier selection as the analysis object,this study develops a research framework for influencing factors based on customer satisfaction index（CSI）.It builds structural equation models by using survey data,and hypotheses testing influencing factors and mechanism.It lays a solid foundation for book supplier selection and sheds a light on the development of library
