匹伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的观察匹伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病的疗效及安全性。方法将年龄≥75岁的60例老年冠心病患者随机分为匹伐他汀组30例（1-2mg/d）和辛伐他汀组30例（10-20mg/d）,分别于治疗前,治疗后2、4、8周检测并比较肝功能、血脂、磷酸肌酸激酶的变化。结果匹伐他汀组降低总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用与辛伐他汀组相当,两组不良反应均较轻微,辛伐他汀组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶有3例轻度增高,差异无统计学意义,两组无1例发生磷酸肌酸激酶增高。结论老年冠心病患者口服匹伐他汀钙疗效及安全性较好,对肝功能损害较轻。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of the domestic pitavastatin and simvastatin in treating coronary heart disease（CAD）in elderly patients. Methods Sixty subjects were screened and divided into pitavastatin group（n=30） and simvastatin group（n=30）. Thirty cases of CAD received 10-20 mg dose of simvastatin. The CAD patients were administered with 1-2 mg dose of pitavastatin. The blood lipid,the function of the liver and creatine kinase were monitored before treatment and after treatment of 2.4.8 weeks. Therapeutic effects and safety were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the blood lipid and creatine kinase. The dysfunction of liver in pitavastatin group was lower than that in simvastatin group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Pitavastatin is effective and safe for treating CAD in elderly patients. The adverse reac- tions of pitavastatin are mild.
