摘　　要：企业核心竞争力评价与分析引起了国内外学者的广泛关注,然而现阶段的评价指标体系还不完善,特别在水电工程领域,缺乏对大型国际承包商核心竞争力评价体系的系统研究和对各评价指标的重要性及其相互作用关系的分析。本文通过研究大型水电国际承包商核心竞争力的影响因素,提出一套大型水电国际承包商核心竞争力的评价指标体系;并通过分析各评价指标的相对权重和相互关系,揭示出大型水电国际承包商核心竞争力的形成机理。Study on establishing an evaluation system to analyze the core competitiveness attracts increasingly more attention recent years,while few systematically organized surveys on the core competitiveness of top international contractors were reported in the previous studies,and the relative importance and interactions of the evaluation indexes are not yet clear.This paper establishes a set of systematically organized evaluation indexes of core competitiveness by using the data collected from top hydropower international contractors,analyzes the weights and interactions among these indexes,and reveals the mechanism of core competitiveness among the top contractors.
